Staff all round were very courteous and helpful. I had left Indian rupees 1000 with Tanuja who attended me at check out. This was for staff over all service. Looking forward to stay again Looking gorward

In this hotel staff is very polite and professionally trained.All things are very perfect.

Good variety of breakfast. Staff very courteous and friendly. These 2 staff were great. ( Hasnain during breakfast and Receptionist Ayuush ) Room were spacious and very nicely decorated.

Lifts not working. There was renovation happening which I wasn't aware of during my booking. Had I known this then would have booked the hotel. The hotel car I booked for airport transfer was disappointing. Paid 3500 for a SUV whereas a similar Uber wound have cost be 800. I wanted to treat my wife for a ride in a limo which turned out to be an SUV. On day one of breakfast, the tables only had one napkin for a couple. No sugar/ butter/ tissues. The tea took too long 10 mins. Lack of staff on the floor. Day two of breakfast after complaining to staff things got a little bit better. Day three the breakfast of was better. Rest in the afternoons was noisy due to works and TV not working. Prior to my stay here, I stay at Raddision Blu and thoroughly enjoyed it I did tell the receptionist about this. Had I been able to cancel the booking for a full refund then I would have done it. The price I paid for 3 nights stay was expensive compared to the daily price ( checked on their website 6250 rupees ) I booked in advance but in hind sight shouldn't have as this would have saved my at least 12500 rupees. A very disappointed customer. Didn't expect this from Courtyard Marriott as I have stayed a few times at their Mumbai branch.

The reception lady is horrible Palak n Neha both whr not good for reception job thy don’t know how to speak n greet the customer the problem thy are just into thm if the occupancy is full thn why did thy dnt informed to channel partner

There were 2 small cockroaches at the buffet counter. Immediately removed upon informing.

Filthy!

Rooms were filthy. There was muck and dust everywhere. Even mold in corners. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Corridors were stinking. There was also construction work going on in the hotel lobby all night which was super noisy. Horrible experience.

The staff downgraded my room and did not compensate the difference

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was very good. Staff response was good

The hotel entrance is horrible and the idea of the lobby. Dislike the bed sheets. When reception is called it takes a while for things to be brought or sorted. The beds are not the most comfortable

Bad

The hotel was under refurbishment and until 7:30 PM the room was not usable. Booking.com should highlight this before taking the booking.There was no food options except one restaurant serving buffet. I booked hotel for one evening to take rest before my long flight to London. This was the worse experience and waste of money.

They offered us bottled water, which was the only thing positive.

We ended up cancelling and going to Taj Skyline instead. Courtyard by Marriott had building works going on, on the floor below where we booked they informed us is was going to be quite noisy but there was no mention of that while making the booking. Which is not pleasant if you understand gujarat heat and traffic. I was not happy to be travelling around for so long.

The hotel is being refurbished and the lobby rebuild, while normal services continue at their high standard where possible.

I knew about the building activities, hence I was not disappointed really.

Conveniently located. Clean and renovated property. Good size rooms. Food was exceptionally tasty. Young, energetic and very courteous staff.

I have really enjoyed my stay there and the staff are very kind and respectful.Ms.Anshu was very friendly and helpful. Also the chef Rajesh is a very skilled cook and his meals are so delicious.

The room and staff service was very quick and very satisfactory.

Due to the renovation of the hotel there was too much noise of drilling and certain renovations in the room which made it very uncomfortable for 6-7 hours and were unable to sleep at all at those times. Never expected this from a 5 star hotel. Very dissapointed

The buffet spread was really good

The only drop back was after having food at the restaurant we tend to smell of the cooking as it was an open live kitchen
